Ellie Gordon, Behaivior Founder and CEO, is a behavioral technologist, innovator, designer, and entrepreneur. For over 15 years, her work has primarily focused on improving individual’s lives through technology. She has successfully created, organized, led, and managed teams for everything from hackathons and code fests to other science-based startups and initiatives, to community development and research projects.

She did a TEDx talk as a behavioral technologist speaking about the design elements of what Behaivior is developing. Since founding Behaivior in January 2017, she has led a growing team to win multiple competitions, grants, and entrance into multiple startup incubator and accelerator programs, including winning the Carnegie Science Award, being a finalist for the Tech Top 50, for CEO of the Year, and for the Athena Award, participating in the Ignite Healthcare program, AlphaLab, and being in the top 10 in the world for both the first and second milestones of the global IBM Watson AI XPRIZE competition.

Ellie is an alumna of the Yale Innovation to Impact Fellowship program, winning a pitch award, and was also featured as a New Generation Tech Entrepreneur by the Pittsburgh Tech Council.
